SAC is our own version of student’s auditorium. It gives you a very organic feel of old school gathering points. With cement stairs and architecture like those of the original, older theaters, it is amazing place to organize cultural events, department annual functions, fresher’s parties and the like.
Booking fee: INR 1000 (rent) + INR 2000 (deposit,check) to be deposited in the office. An application letter addressing the section officer is to be submitted one week prior to the booking dates, for booking the required slot. The application should be signed by the cultural secretary or gen secretary, before submission. Non-IIScians can rent out SAC at a corporate rate.
If there is no match of IISc, then KSCA can book ground by contacting the gymkhana office. Corporates can book ground on weekdays between 9am-5pm, only if there is no match of IISc and KSCA. Contact gymkhana office for availability. Rates are at sole discretion of the gymkhana president.
