Aerobics is a form of physical exercise that combines rhythmic aerobic exercise with stretching and strength training routines with the goal of improving all elements of fitness (flexibility, muscular strength, and cardio-vascular fitness). It is usually performed to music and is practiced in a group. The club focuses on building good fitness by doing different forms of workouts in every day.
No morning session is being conducted currently.
Evening sessions are conducted by a certified instructor. The types of workout include HiLo aerobics, Step aerobics, HIIT, Zumba, Strength Training and Circuit Training.
