About Us

The club caters to both the students who just want to have fun playing the sport and the students who want to take up the sport more than just a hobby. We have two English Snooker tables with all the necessary equipment and a caretaker (not the coach) for the room. English billiards and Snooker are the two official cue sports played here.

Activities

The objective of the club is to establish Billiards ans Snookers in the institute and represent the Institute at various competitive levels.
• Participate as a team or individually, in various state and district level tournaments including but not limited to:
(i) Indian Gymkhana Snooker tournament
(ii) Catholic Club Snooker tournament
• Conduct two set of tournaments (both snooker and billiards, for juniors and seniors) at our club every year.
• All the equipment required is provided by Gymkhana.

Billiards and Snooker room, Above Gym, Gymkhana IISc.

Timings

Practice Sessions : Everyday 2:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
