The objective of the club is to establish strong mental and physical strength among its members, so that they can go out and take any challenge in life with positive mindset.
Volleyball the sport requires physical strength, mental awareness, and team work. It can be enjoyed by people of all ages and skill levels. It helps in improving upper body strength, hand eye coordination, arms, shoulders, abdominals, legs and balance. Volleyball teaches team work and communication.
Club activity starts with 15 rounds of volleyball court, followed by stretching, sprints, squat jumps, lunges, rope skipping, agility training. Then comes the individual skill training, that includes fundamentals of game that is , learning how to pass the ball, dig the ball, set the ball and spyke the ball. After that focus shifts towards how to play as a team, learning how to play 5-1 rotation and master it, everyday practice ends with 20 minutes of relaxing the muscles. 2 days in a week, club focuses on body strenghthening that is hitting the gym.
